SLP's Trailblazer SS Long-Tube Header System features 1-3/4" main primaries, which flows into one 3" high flow collector. The headers are mandrel bent 409 stainless steel and ceramic coated to keep heat in, exhaust velocity up, and under-hood temperatures down, while the rest of the header system is made from 3" stainless steel. Delivering +23.7 HP and +25.2 ft-lbs RWHP gains over stock system untuned, RIPP has pumped this up to nearly 40more RWHP with a custom Dyno tune.
Also, included in the package is a pair of 3" high flow catalyst converters, which flows into a full 2.5" integrated PowerFlo-X™ Crossover assembly. They're fully compatible with all stock emissions-control equipment and use OEM flanges for a perfect fit and proper bolt retention. This system bolts directly into your 2WD or 4WD Trailblazer SS without the removal of the air conditioner lines or the starter. Clearances around all wire harnesses, vacuum lines and AC lines are greater than any other system on the market, closely matching clearances from GM.
