RIPP has not developed a full kit for the earlier XJ's but our mail box's are flooded with requests and questions regarding. For those of you interested we are pleased to introduce this system; The 91-01 XJ Builders Kit. It caters to all budget Jeep builders who want to put the project configuration in their own hands. Early XJ's have the option of running many combination's of electronics and injectors right off the self (a luxury the 02-06 TJ owners do not have).

The 91-01 XJ 4.0 Engine Block is the same casting, which means all the mounting points are in the same spots as the later models. The main difference between 91-01 XJ and 01-06 TJ's (besides the electronics) is the AC location. The 91-01 XJ equipped with AC mount the AC on the passenger side of the engine. For those of you interested in running our supercharger set up and are willing to remove or relocate the AC compressor, this is your supercharger kit. The Builders Kit comes with all the brackets needed to mount the our 04-06 TJ Supercharger kit on your 91-01 XJ. It does not come with fuel injectors, piping, intercoolers and/or electronics. This kit leaves you the end user to select from a wide array of electronics and overall set up.
