BUSINESS HOURS
RAND Solutions Inc. Home of the RIPP Supercharger System ("RAND") is open Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM and Saturday Closed.  RAND is closed Sundays and all legal holidays.

PRODUCT SALES
RAND products, including but not limited to its supercharger/turbocharger systems, are designed for "stock" vehicles only.  Modified vehicles may require additional fuel, ignition, computer tuning, fabrication, and/or technical support that are not included in listed or quoted prices.  All current supercharger and turbocharger systems are not 50-state emissions legal, unless otherwise noted.

SHIPPING
RAND will make every attempt to ship confirmed orders within 3-10 business days of receipt.  The standard method of shipment is UPS Ground (the "Carrier").  RAND cannot guarantee shipment or delivery times after your item has shipped.

BACK ORDERS
All back orders will be held and shipped when available unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing by RAND.  Should RAND experience shipment delays (30 days or more), customers will be notified prior to shipment.

SHIPMENTS AND CLAIMS
Inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt.  Carefully check to make sure that the part numbers, style, size, etc., conforms to your original order.  All merchandise is considered delivered to the customer when placed in the hands of the Carrier.  All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipment.  Should any product arrive damaged, hold the original carton, all packing material, and the damaged part and contact the Carrier to file a claim. Do not refuse shipment.  Any claim for shipment loss or damage must be made with the Carrier.  Any claim for shipment shortage or error must be made in writing to RAND within 10 business days of shipment; such claim must include a short description of the issue and supporting documentation.
